Default Shortcuts

Quick Transcribe Fetches transcript from clipboard URL ⌃ ⌘ S
Quick Transcribe + AI Fetches transcript and runs AI Not set (configure in Settings)

Changing Shortcuts

Open Settings > Keyboard Shortcuts. Click the recording field for the shortcut you want to change. Press your desired key combination. The app detects conflicts and warns you if a shortcut is already in use.

How Quick Transcribe Works

  1. Copy a YouTube URL to your clipboard.
  2. Press the shortcut from anywhere.
  3. Transcribe processes in background.
  4. Menu bar icon shows a spinner during processing.
  5. Notification when complete, transcript on your clipboard.
